Villa Ship Ahoy - Kalkan

Villa Ship Ahoy is air-conditioned throughout and the accommodation is arranged over three floors. The ground floor hosts one of the double bedrooms with en-suite and doors out to the poolside terrace. The rest of the space comprises an open plan living area; the comfortable lounge offers a flat screen TV with PlayStation 3, surround sound, DVD player and small library. There is an inside dining area and well equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob and fridge freezer with water cooler and ice maker. Large glass doors open onto the poolside terrace, furnished with 8 sun loungers, parasols, BBQ and comfortable rattan furniture with a shaded area and table and chairs for dining alfresco. There is a large infinity pool and outdoor Jacuzzi with a poolside shower to rinse off after a refreshing swim. The utility area houses a washing machine, sink, iron and ironing board plus an additional high-capacity ice-maker.

Bedrooms

• 1st Bedroom: A double with dressing room, en-suite shower room, balcony with superb views.
• 2nd Bedroom: A double with dressing room, en-suite shower room, balcony with superb views.
• 3rd Bedroom: A twin with en-suite shower room and sea view balcony.
• 4th Bedroom: The ground floor hosts one of the double bedrooms with en-suite, a television and full sea and mountain views. Bedrooms have clean linen and towel sets. All bedrooms have air-conditioning.

The Living Room

Open plan lounge area with direct access to the villa's pool terrace via floor to ceiling sliding doors. Plenty of comfortable seating, plus flat-screen TV + DVD player plus sound system.

Kitchen

The kitchen area is also open plan and incorporates an island unit together with granite work surfaces and quality integrated appliances, including stainless steel oven, hob and extractor, dishwasher and large fridge-freezer. A dining area is provided to seat 8 guests.

Pool & Pool Terrace

The main feature of the villa is its stunning pool terrace with large infinity pool (9.5m x 3.5m, 1.60m depth). There are ample sunloungers and parasols provided with double-lounger, comfortable seating area and an al-fresco dining area. A BBQ and an outside shower are also provided. Fabulous sea views can be enjoyed from all aspects of the terrace.

Important Information

The pool and garden are maintained regularly by the staff once a day. Electricity, water, gas costs are included in the prices. No fee is charged for the same time. The villas are delivered to you cleanly and cleaned once a week. Extra new sheets and towels, extra cleaning, car rental, health etc. services are not included in the prices. There is a tennis table in the stadium.
