Villa Optimum - Kalkan / Akbel
Villa Optimum is located in Kiziltas, which has an exquisite view of Kalkan. The villa's interior and exterior design is very simple and tastefully furnished with a 5-bedroom / 10-person capacity. All bedrooms are en-suite and offer magnificent views of the sea and Kalkan. The villa is triplex; the first floor has the living room and kitchen, while the bedrooms are on the upper floors. The pool is extremely large and has a wonderful view of Kalkan. During the day you can relax and savor your holiday with this stunning view.

Important Information
Pool and garden maintenance is carried out daily by staff. Electricity, water, and gas charges are included in the price. Villas are delivered clean and cleaned once a week. Extra sheets, towels, additional cleaning, car rental, and health services are not included. The villa is equipped with Wi-Fi, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, washing machine, and vacuum cleaner.

All of our villas located in nature are regularly cleaned and treated against insects and pests. However, due to the natural surroundings, occasional insect sightings are possible. This note is general information for all villas.
