Villa Serenity (sleeps 16) is a contemporary, luxury, private secluded pool, air-conditioned villa with 5 bedrooms each with its own en-suite and four have their own private balcony with amazing sea view. The villa is situated just 13 km away from the centre of the enchanting Kalkan town and harbour. Extremely well equipped, the villa has been designed and furnished to a very high standard and the accommodation offers bright, comfortable and contemporary living. The lounge has comfortable sofas, LED TV. There is direct access to the pool and sun terrace.

Private Infinity Pool (20m x 9m), closed heated indoor jacuzzi pool (3m x 6m; 0.90m depth). Alfresco pool could be closed or open. This jacuzzi pool can also be used as children’s pool. Pool side is invisible by others – fully private pool.
Garden & Pool Terrace
Big pergolas for shade during summer, BBQ, sun beds, sun umbrellas, hammock, outdoor furniture, shower, table tennis, private swimming pool, and outdoor dining area.

Important Information
Pool and garden maintenance is regularly performed by staff once a day. Electricity, water and gas charges are included in the prices. The villa is delivered clean and cleaned once a week. Extra sheets and towels, extra cleaning, car rental, health services, etc. are not included. Villa Serenity has Wi-Fi wireless internet. Iron, ironing board, hair dryer, washing machine, and electric vacuum cleaner are available.

All of our villas located in nature are regularly cleaned and disinfected for insects and pests. Due to their natural position, encountering insects is more likely. This note is included as general information for all villas.
