Outside, there’s a spacious terrace and an elegant infinity pool with a Jacuzzi corner, perfect for enjoying the balmy evenings. Vibrant Kalkan is within walking distance, the starting point for numerous boat trips and excursions, which also offers an eclectic choice of boutiques and a popular weekly market.

Measures 12m x 5m, depth 1.60 m. Jacuzzi pool is available and can also be used as a children pool.

Garden

Garden with sun terrace, private swimming pool, sun beds, sun umbrellas, garden dining table for 10 persons and chairs, BBQ.

Important Information

Pool and garden maintenance is performed daily. Electricity, water, and gas charges are included. Villa is delivered clean and cleaned once a week. Extra sheets and towels, extra cleaning, car rental, health services, etc., are not included. Villa Buse Duo has Wi-Fi, Jacuzzi, hair dryer, washing machine, and electric vacuum cleaner.

Damage Deposit

Damage, loss, breakage, spillage, etc. A deposit of 350 GBP is accepted at the entrance. If there is no problem, the deposit is refunded at the exit of the villa.

General Note

All of our villas located in nature are regularly cleaned and sprayed for insects and pests. Due to their natural positions, encountering insects is more likely. This note is included as general information for all villas.
