Villa Gizem is one of our comfortable, luxurious holiday villas located in the Akbel district of Kalkan. The villa has a unique view of the Kalkan Bay. There are 6 suite bedrooms in our villas, all of which have sea view. All bedrooms have a balcony and a private bathroom. Villa Gizem is an ideal choice for families and groups of friends with a capacity of 12 people. Large luxurious sun terrace and large private swimming pool await guests. It is 5 minutes from the city center driving distance.

The living room has a table and chairs, LCD TV, satellite receiver, sound system, DVD player, seating group, sink, wireless modem, and exit to the pool.

Kitchen

Modern kitchen with microwave, oven, toaster, refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, cooker, dining table for 8 persons, dinnerware, cutlery sets, pots and pans, cups. Sea view.

Pool

Pool measures 13 m x 4.5 m, depth 1.60 m.

Garden

Private swimming pool in the garden, sun terrace, sun beds, sun umbrella, garden table, chairs, stone BBQ, table tennis, pergole and shower.

Important Information

Pool and garden maintenance is regularly performed by the staff once a day. Electricity, water and gas charges are included. Villa is delivered clean and cleaned once a week. Extra sheets, towels, additional cleaning, car rental, health, etc., are not included. Wi-Fi wireless internet, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, washing machine, and electric vacuum cleaner are available.

All of our villas located in nature are regularly cleaned and disinfected for insects and pests. Due to the natural setting, insects may be more likely. This note is general information for all villas.
