Villa Aquamarine - Kalkan/Ortaalan

Villa Aquamarine is part of the luxurious villa portfolio situated in the central area of Kalkan. Our deluxe villa overlooks the magnificent sea and Kalkan Gulf, approximately 2 minutes by car from the center of Kalkan. Many activities and cafes are within walking distance. Villa Aquamarine features double swimming pools in the garden, luxurious and comfortable design, especially with a sea view, providing an unforgettable holiday experience. Our villa has 4 bedrooms and can accommodate 8 guests comfortably. All bedrooms are designed as en-suite. This villa is an ideal choice to wake up to the crystal-clear blue of the Kalkan bay and witness the red sunset. The villa is furnished with tasteful furniture and includes all white goods, furnishings, and kitchen utensils. All bedrooms have a sea view. For larger groups, Villa Tigra located in the upper parcel can also be rented, reaching a total capacity of 18 people.

Pool

The villa has 2 private pools and a jacuzzi. Main pool: 12m x 4m, depth 1.60m. Second pool: 8m x 3.5m, depth 1m, with heating system (available 1 Jan - 31 May & 1 Oct - 31 Dec).

Garden

Private swimming pool with jacuzzi, sun terrace, sun beds, sun umbrellas, garden table and chairs, stone BBQ, shower, and tennis table.

Important Information

Pool and garden maintenance is performed daily. Electricity, water, and gas charges are included. Villa is delivered clean and cleaned weekly. Extra sheets and towels, extra cleaning, rental vehicle, health services, etc., are not included. Wireless internet (Wi-Fi) available. All rooms have air conditioning, ironing board, washing machine, electric vacuum cleaner, hair dryer.
