Villa Vogue

Villa Vogue is brand new for the 2017 season and we are very happy to add this beautiful detached villa within the prestigious new Azure Heights development overlooking Kalkan and Kalamar Bays. This property offers breathtaking views out towards Mouse and Snake Islands and its own infinity pool. The centre of Kalkan is a 20 minute walk away, where there is a selection of excellent restaurants.

Recently completed to a very high standard, the villa has truly breathtaking views out towards Mouse and Snake Islands and its own distinctively-designed swimming pool complete with Jacuzzi section and childrens' pool.

Villa Vogue has been furnished in a contemporary style and the centre of Kalkan town is a 20 minute walk away - there are a selection of excellent cafes and restaurants a 10 - 12 minute walk away, together with a convenience store.

Bedrooms

• Bedroom 4: Air conditioning, double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, make up table, balcony, bathroom and toilet. The room has sea and nature views.
• Bedroom 5: Air conditioning, double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, make up table, balcony, bathroom and toilet. The room has sea and nature views.

All bedrooms are air conditioned.

Living Room

The living room has air conditioning, LCD TV, satellite receiver, modern sitting room, dining table and chairs, iron and ironing board, fireplace, wireless modem. The living room has an exit to the pool terrace.

Kitchen

Modern kitchen with microwave, refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, cooker, 10-person dining set, cutlery, pots and pans and cups.

Pool

The main feature of this villa is its magnificent pool - this features a Jacuzzi section (3 metres x 3 metres), together with a childrens' pool (3 metres x 3 metres), an area into which sun loungers can be placed (3 metres x 12 metre) as well a large swimming area (4 metres x 12 metres).

Garden & Pool Terrace

There is a sun terrace, private swimming pool, seating group, sun beds, sun umbrellas, garden dining table and BBQ.

Important Information

Pool and garden maintenance is regularly performed by the staff once a day. Electricity, water and gas charges are included in the prices. The villa is delivered to you cleanly and cleaned once a week. Extra new sheets and towels, extra cleaning, car rental, health etc. services are not included in the prices. All rooms have air conditioning and a hair dryer. Beach towels are provided according to the number of guests. There is wireless internet and Wi-Fi.

Damage Deposit

A £350 security deposit is required upon arrival, this will be returned within check-out when the villa is left in the same condition as when you arrived.

General Note

All of our villas, which are located in nature, are cleaned and sprayed regularly for insects and pests. In our houses which have the position in nature, the bugs are more likely to leave. This note is written as a footnote on the homepage of all houses for general information, not about this house.
