Villa Tigra - Kalkan
Villa Tigra is located in the central area of Kalkan town and is one of the luxury options in our rental villa portfolio. This stunning villa with a magnificent sea view is only about 3 minutes away by car from the center of Kalkan. Guests can enjoy the unique charm of Kalkan both day and night in a peaceful and high-quality setting. The villa features a private swimming pool, an outdoor jacuzzi, a garden, and a spacious pool terrace where you can spend enjoyable hours.
Villa Tigra is tastefully furnished with luxury and quality décor, including white goods, kitchen tools, and utensils. All bedrooms are designed as en-suite and offer sea views, with one bedroom featuring a jacuzzi. Additionally, the villa boasts a rooftop terrace with a sitting area and bar, offering breathtaking views of the sea. A private swimming pool is located in the villa’s garden, and for added entertainment, a tennis table is also available on the pool level.

Important Information
Pool and garden maintenance is carried out daily by staff. Electricity, water and gas charges are included in the price. Guests are welcomed to a clean villa, and weekly cleaning is provided. Extra sheets, towels, additional cleaning, car rental, health services etc. are not included in the price. Wireless internet (Wi-Fi) is available. All rooms have air conditioning. Facilities include iron, ironing board, washing machine, hair dryer, and electric vacuum cleaner.
