Villa Kayra-Kalkan/Kalamar

Villa Kayra is an impressive ultra luxurious 5 bedroom villa located on the hillside of Kalkan in the highly sought after area of Kalamar. Its elevated position provides amazing panoramic sea views, surrounded by the distant mountains, and all the goings on of Kalkan below.

There is nothing more relaxing than bathing in the infinity pool, looking out to the deep blue sea and watching the boats come and go from the bay.

The poolside area complete with sun loungers, parasols, outdoor furniture and bar area allow you to make the most of the beautiful surroundings, and you will notice how serene and calming the view is. The inside of the villa is oozing with luxury, style, and comfort with the large open plan ground floor which combines the modern kitchen, dining area, and living area, and the bedrooms upstairs all provide the same sea views, and there is even a double jacuzzi bath for our guest’s ultimate relaxation.

Living Room: Extra large and spacious living area, with a TV seating area and another seating area for reading/relaxing etc (books are available in the villa), quality and luxurious furniture with Satellite TV (limited English channels), DVD Player, CD player, Fireplace, WiFi, Air conditioning.

Outside: Large, private infinity swimming pool and Jacuzzi pool, sun loungers, parasols, outdoor dining furniture, BBQ, bar area, and table tennis.

Important information Pool and garden maintenance is regularly performed by the staff once a day. Electricity, water and gas charges are included in the prices. There is also no charge. The villa is delivered to you cleanly and cleaned once a week. Extra new sheets and towels, extra cleaning, car rental, health etc. Fuses are not included in the prices. Villa Kayra has Wi-Fi wireless internet. Iron, ironing board, hair dryer, washing machine, electric vacuum cleaner.
