Villa Ela Quality - Kalkan / Kiziltas

Ela Quality is new brand and the latest addition to our luxurious villa collection in Kalkan.
This new brand amazing architecturally designed villa is set in an idyllic location overlooking the village of Kalkan/Kiziltas.
The detailed design provides stunning indoor and outdoor space using the very high quality metarials and furnitures.
All bedroom have been designed to offer you luxury and high quality.
One of King bedroom has L.E.D TV,two of them have large balconies and fabulous sea views.
3rd bedroom has designed double bedrooms and en suite.
This is the alternate for couple groups.
4th bedroom has 1 double 1 sigle bed.
4th bedroom situated ground floor with sliding doors on to pool terrace and stunning sea views.
So this villa suit for 9 people.
All bedrooms have stunning sea views.
All bedrooms have aircon.
Living Room&Kitchen offers ultra modern & comfortable space, enhanced by full air conditioning & fast unlimited WIFI.
We have satellite Smart TV, CCTV ,alarms for your security.
We have parking garage privacy for this villa.
We have a massive lounge area with sliding doors to the pool terrace.
Along with a huge fully fitted kitchen and dinning area also with sliding doors onto the pool terrace.
The outside space is extremely well designed with a privacy swimming pool total 16x4 meter,(1,50m deep) 10x4 exact for swimming others for shallow end pool and jacuzi areas;alfresco pool jacuzzi with shallow end.
2 sun-beds 4 double daybe for 8 people and umbrellas.
A table to seat 8 with a big balcony will provide you with welcome shade during the summer.
We have a specially made stone BBQ.

1. Bedroom: Ground floor, air-conditioned bedroom with 1 double bed + 1 single bed ,wardrobe,TV,make-up table,hair dryer bedside table,en suite bathroom and toilet.Sliding doors open to pool terrace.
2. Bedroom: 1st floor, air-conditioned bedroom with king size bed,wardrobe,TV,bedside table,make-up table,hair dryer,en suite bathroom and toilet,bathtub.There is a balcony with sea view.
3. Bedroom: 1st floor, air-conditioned bedroom with french bed,bedside table,wardrobe, make-up table, jacuzzi,en suite bathroom and toilet. There is a french balcony with sea view.
4. Bedroom: 1st floor, air-conditioned bedroom with twin beds,bedside table,wardrobe, make-up table,en suite bathroom and toilet. There is a specail designed balcony with L shape seating area and sea view.

Bedrooms have clean linen and towel sets. All bedrooms have air-conditioned.

The living room: Villa Ela Quality has a seating area, Smart LED TV, satellite receiver, table and chairs, wifi connection for internet.
Doors open to pool terrace.There is a laundry room, toilet and bathroom, terrace.

Kitchen: The kitchen of Ela Quality is modern kitchen designed as black edition.
There is a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher,cooker,toaster, cutlery,kettle,filter coffe machine,coffee maker,dinner set for 12 people, water and tea cups.
Water cooler available and there is purification system in house and cooler system so you dont need to carry heavy large water bottles.

Pool: Ela Quality has a private swimming pool. The pool measures in total 16mx4m and 1.5m in depth.(10x4m for swimming area others for shallow end pool and jacuzzi.)
There is a shallow pool, jacuzzi.

Garden: There is a private swimming pool,sun terrace,sun umbrellas,sun beds,daybed,L shape seating areas, garden dining table and chairs, garden seating group, swing, shower and jacuzzi,table tennis.

Important informations: The pool and garden are maintained regularly by the staff once a day.
Electricity, water, gas costs are included in the prices. No fee is charged for the same time.

Note: Villa Ela Quality has a hair dryer in all rooms. There are also a beach towels according to the number of guests.

Suitable for disabled people: Our guests who are smart can easily reach the pool or the garden by staying in the bedrooms on the entrance floor.
